Each item is handmade, curated, or prepared with care.
Processing times vary depending on the product:

  • Ready‑to‑ship items: 2–5 business days

  • Custom or made‑to‑order items: 5–10 business days

  • Large or delicate pieces (driftwood, dioramas): May require additional handling time

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If there is ever a delay, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping carrier is chosen based on the safest and most cost‑effective method for your item.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Large or fragile items may require upgraded packaging or special handling.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

5. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check around your property

  • Contact the carrier directly

We will assist you, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Delayed Packages

Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control.
We will help you track your order if needed.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:
