Do you make everything by hand?

Yes. Every piece in Museum Wonders LLC is handmade, curated, or personally designed by Dr. Danette Lopez. Because of this, each item is unique and may have natural variations in color, texture, or shape.

Are your resin pieces food‑safe?

Resin items are decorative only unless specifically labeled otherwise.
They should not be used for food, drinks, or direct contact with heat.

Do you take custom orders?

Custom orders may be available depending on the project and schedule.
If you have a special request, email us at museumwonders@gmail.com with details and inspiration photos.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days for ready‑to‑ship items.
Custom or large pieces may take longer.
Shipping times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

In general:

  • Custom items are non‑refundable

  • Returns may be accepted within a stated timeframe

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

What if my package is lost or marked “delivered” but I can’t find it?

Start by checking with neighbors, your mailbox, and around your property.
If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly.
We will help you track it, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup in Jacksonville, Florida may be available for select items.

How do I care for my resin or driftwood art?

  • Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth

  • Do not submerge in water

  • Avoid harsh cleaners or chemicals

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is available for most items.
You can request it at checkout or email us after placing your order.

Can I request a specific color or theme?

Absolutely. Many pieces can be customized with your preferred colors, themes, or styles.
